Specializing in handcrafted tacos and a menu rich with bold, layered tastes, this restaurant captures the heart of Mexico’s most beloved culinary staples while elevating them with a dedication to quality and detail.

Their Taco-N-Ganas Famous Consommé is a comforting, aromatic broth that perfectly primes the palate, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. For taco aficionados, the Uncle Goyo’s TACOS are a must-try: from the juicy, perfectly seasoned Taco De Arrachera with grilled flank steak, avocado salsa, and fresh onions, to the crispy Fried Shrimp Taco topped with creamy chipotle sauce and lime, each bite bursts with authentic, vibrant flavors that dance harmoniously together.

Not to be missed are the Enchiladas Divorciadas, featuring two enchiladas topped with both red and green sauces and queso fresco, offering a rich interplay of savory and tangy notes that’s both comforting and stimulating to the senses. The menu also boasts street food classics like Torta and Burrito loaded generously with your choice of meats, fresh vegetables, and that signature salsa which perfectly balances spice and zest.

Diners looking for house specialties will find the Carne Asada incredibly satisfying—a grilled flank steak cooked to juicy perfection, paired with traditional Mexican sides like rice and beans, delivering hearty, soulful fare that stays true to its roots. The Milanesa De Pollo, a golden breaded chicken breast, offers a crispy, flavorful experience that contrasts brilliantly with softer rice and bean accompaniments.

Beyond the food, Uncle Goyo’s excels with its dynamic drink menu, featuring expertly crafted margaritas that have garnered high praise. The Passion Fruit and Strawberry Margaritas are bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, while the Tennessee Whiskey Margarita offers a local twist on a classic favorite, blending smooth whiskey notes with traditional citrus and sweetness.

Great spot and nice manager. Employees seemed disgruntled and annoyed that I came in an hour before their kitchen closed. The food was great, although the staff ruined the experience

There are 100000 reasons to come to Uncle Goyo's . Let me start at the bar! My wife ordered a Tennessee Whiskey Margarita! She loved it! Perfect balance and taste. We invited some friends they ordered a passion fruit margarita and said its the best one they have had. Lets go onto the food. Guys just do yourself a favor and order thier tacos. Food is well seasoned, great portions and very reasonably priced. Flavorful and presented incredibly beautifully. The menu has a great variety but not the level where you feel overwhelmed. The drinks are 1000 stars the food is 1000, but what makes Uncle Goyo's the place to visit is the people that work there. Everyone from the servers to the bar tender to the owner. The servers are professional, courteous, friendly and strive on giving you the best service. And let me tell you about the owner , he greets everyone in such a family friendly way. He makes sure that you not only feel welcome but part of his family. I have been doing reviews for a long time now and I have done lots of them. I take these reviews seriously. Do yourself a favor and come to Uncle Goyo's !

Enjoyed a lovely, late lunch with my Mom here. It was fantastic! Everyone was very sweet, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the barbacoa taco. Amazing flavor. Our waitress, Adrianna was very attentive and so pleasant. This will definitely be a regular stop when I come home

I love every experience I have at Goyo’s. Their customer service is top notch. My server, Dino, was very easy going and friendly with good recommendations. The decor is upscale but still authentic. The street tacos are perfectly seasoned and mildly spicy. I’m a big fan of the dessert too. The tres leches cake is delicious. The flan is creamy and sweet. This will definitely be a regular spot for me going forward.

I came across a video on tiktok showing that Taconganas opened a restaurant and I when I saw it I got my boyfriend and his brother to come with me!! The taconganas food trucks are nice but this restaurant is beautiful from the inside and out. I didn’t get any pictures of the inside but it’s very bright and colorful. (I didn’t manage to take pictures of everything we tried, but I’ll do my best to rate each item.) We shared the cheese dip as an appetizer, and while it was delicious, the dip was served at room temperature, and the chips were quite thick. There ended up being more chips than dip. My boyfriend and I tried the raspberry lemon shot, and it was delicious—sweet with only a hint of alcohol. My boyfriend ordered the street tacos and enjoyed them! However, we all agreed that the ones from the food truck are much better—they were less salty and had more of the ingredients that seemed to be missing at the restaurant. My boyfriend’s brother and I were open to trying something new, so we ordered the ramen birria. Personally, the ramen tasted more like roast beef stew or something you’d get from a grocery store. I was expecting a different flavor, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it since I also ordered street tacos, and I’m sure they could have made it spicier if I’d asked. As soon as we arrived, we were seated right away in a comfortable booth. The waitress was very friendly, though she seemed a bit overwhelmed with so many tables, which I understood since it was busy for a Monday evening around 6. I didn’t mind any of it because I really enjoyed everything overall. I plan on returning for lunch, hoping it’ll be during happy hour! Thank you, Uncle Goyo’s!
